Hire a Function Room

Did you know you can hire the Strawberry Gardens Lounge and Bistro for private events? Our venue can hold up to 150 people with buffet style dining options so people can mingle, dance and let their hair down. We aim to provide a warm, welcoming and fun atmosphere, great for your event. We can also cater to intimate gatherings such as wakes, our friendly staff are on hand to discuss your needs.

Catering options include classic buffet with sandwiches, pastries and cakes; chilli or curry with chips and rice; or hotpot. If you are looking for a more formal dinner we can offer bespoke menus, though with a sit-down dinner the max capacity of the room reduces to 60. 

 

For beverages you have the choice to set up a bar tab for your guests or leave it as a cash bar. If your event is a business meeting or community group or a daytime event we are happy to set up a tea and coffee station.

If you want to add a personal touch to the room such as center pieces, table cloths and decorations, photos or personalised music please discuss this with our staff. We also have room for a band, musician or live entertainment.

Community Rooms

Rooms for hire for community groups, band practice space, business meeting rooms and conference rooms are available upstairs at the Strawberry Gardens Fleetwood. Generous discounts for charity groups to use the rooms. A tea and coffee station or catering can be provided at an extra cost. Please note that unfortunately there is no disability access or toilets in our upstairs function rooms.
